Terms & Conditions
Sanskar Cargo has certain terms and conditions that customers are required to follow while availing our services. These include:
- Sanskar Cargo or its representatives shall not be responsible for any damage or loss to goods caused due to natural calamities, unforeseen accidents, fire, riots, strikes, or acts of sabotage. Customers are strongly advised to insure their consignments to safeguard against such risks.
- Sanskar Cargo is not responsible for undertaking electrical, carpentry, or plumbing work. If such services are required, they may be arranged subject to staff availability and will be charged additionally.
- While Sanskar Cargo takes reasonable care of goods during transit, no individual insurance policy or receipt from the insurance company shall be provided unless specifically requested and paid for.
- Storage facilities may be provided to customers at competitive rates. However, charges for loading, unloading, handling, and local delivery shall be applicable separately.
- Customers are requested to inform Sanskar Cargo at least 3–4 days in advance to ensure smooth and hassle-free packing and transportation.
- An advance payment of 25% of the total estimated amount is required to confirm the booking.
- Any additional goods not mentioned in the original goods list will be accepted; however, extra charges will apply for such items.
- For car transportation services, it is mandatory that the vehicle contains an adequate amount of petrol or diesel.
- After local shifting, corrugated boxes must be returned on the same day. If boxes are returned the following day, additional charges will be levied.
- Extra charges will be applicable if customers request packers or labor services on subsequent days for their convenience.
- Sanskar Cargo reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order placed with Sanskar Cargo, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the consignment has been dispatched or shipped.
Refund Policy
In case of a valid cancellation, customers are requested to contact our customer care team for processing the refund. Refunds will be issued after verification and submission of all required documents and proofs.
Pricing Policy
Service charges depend on the nature and type of services availed. Pricing may vary based on factors such as volume of goods, distance, mode of transport, and any additional or ancillary services requested.
